1. General

Welcome to Lingrow. The website and the service are operated and managed by simultaneous on air LTD (hereinafter: the "Company"). By accessing the service, you express your irrevocable consent to these Terms of Use.

2. Nature of the Service

Lingrow provides a comprehensive platform for AI-based simultaneous translation services. The technological infrastructure and maintenance are fully supported by simultaneous on air LTD.

3. Infrastructure and Security

• 3.1 Hosting: The service is built and hosted on leading global cloud data infrastructures, ensuring high availability and enterprise-grade redundancy.

• 3.2 AI Engines: The Lingrow system integrates advanced and proprietary AI engines from top-tier global technology providers. The service is subject to the uptime and availability of these underlying infrastructures.

• 3.3 Compliance: Users bear sole responsibility for compliance with local and international privacy and wiretapping laws. You represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents from participants whose audio data is processed.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights in the service, including logos, source code, and AI workflows, are the exclusive property of the Company. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license for business or personal use.

5. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "As-Is". The Company shall not be held liable for any service interruptions, translation inaccuracies, or security incidents originating from third-party infrastructures or AI engine providers.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction shall be granted to the competent courts in Tel Aviv.
