Lingrow (simultaneous on air LTD) (hereinafter: "Lingrow", the "Company", "we", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal data processed through our AI-based multilingual communication and translation platform (hereinafter: the "Services").

1. Information We Collect

• 1.1 Account Information: Full name, email address, phone number, company name, and job title. This information is used for account management, billing, and technical support.

• 1.2 Communication Data (Text and Audio): We process text and voice recordings solely for the purpose of real-time translation and transcription. We do not use communication content for advertising purposes.

• 1.3 Usage Information: Technical data (IP address, device type) used to maintain system security and monitor performance.

2. Information Sharing and Sub-processors

We do not sell personal information. We share data with trusted, industry-leading sub-processors solely for the purpose of providing the Services:

• Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Language Processing: We use APIs from world-class AI systems for real-time speech recognition and Natural Language Processing (NLP). These providers are bound by strict enterprise-grade privacy agreements.

• Infrastructure and Hosting: Our backend and databases are hosted on secure, premium cloud infrastructures that comply with international security standards (SOC2, ISO 27001).

3. AI Processing and Data Protection

Lingrow is committed to a "Privacy by Design" approach:

• Zero-Training Policy: In accordance with our contractual agreements with AI infrastructure providers, data processed through our APIs is not used to train public or shared AI models.

• Transient Audio Processing: Voice recordings are processed in real-time. Unless explicitly requested by the customer for storage purposes, audio data is transient and immediately deleted from processing buffers upon completion of the transcription.

4. Data Retention

• Audio Data: Deleted immediately upon conclusion of the session – "Zero Retention" architecture.

• Communication Logs: Retained for seventy-two (72) hours by default to ensure session continuity, after which they are permanently deleted.

• Account Data: Retained for the duration of the subscription and up to 3 months after its termination.

5. Information Security

We implement industry-standard safeguards, including:

• Data encryption in transit and at rest.

• Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).

• Secure cloud hosting with limited internal access.
